Mutoh Europe and leading self-adhesive media supplier Grafityp, part of UPM, have recently conducted tests using AQUAFUZE water-based UV ink in combination with Grafityp’s professional-grade AE38C cast media for vehicle and object wrapping applications. Konica Minolta has launched the KM1800iSHK-DC, a new inkjet printhead capable of jetting two colours of ink from a single printhead and featuring a ‘long throw’ distance, which allows it to print with high quality on objects up to 10mm away from the nozzles. The new printhead is part of the KM1800i industrial inkjet printhead series with an extended print width suitable for high-resolution, high-speed printing.
