Avery Dennison set to acquire Meridian’s flooring adhesives business

Avery Dennison has signed an agreement to acquire the U.S.-based flooring adhesives business of Meridian Adhesives Group – which includes Taylor Adhesives, Polycom and Frontier Products brands – at a purchase price of USD$390m. Upon completion of the transaction, the flooring adhesives business will become part of the Avery Dennison Materials Group business.

Ricoh Australia funds six-year scholarship for Indigenous Education

Epson's ‘Net-Zero by 2050’ target officially acknowledged as ‘Science Based’

Driving an ambitious agenda towards the reduction of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions across its value chain by more than 50% by 2030 and reaching ‘net-zero’ by 2050, Epson’s targets have now been formally approved by the Science Based Targets initiative. SBTi is a corporate climate action organization that has developed standards, tools and guidance to enable companies ‘to set GHG emissions reductions targets in line with what is needed to keep global heating below catastrophic levels and reach net-zero by 2050 at latest’.

FIMI poised to give Landa Digital Printing its lifeline
