A late flurry of new exhibitors, including ORAFOL, Jetmark, Workflowz, Bottcher, Graffica, Prytec, Canson, Kayell Australia, Canon Photo & Fine Art Printers and Ricoh, – all signing up for stands in the last few weeks – bodes well for foot traffic as PacPrint rides on the crest of a post-FESPA Global wave.
The first thing visitors to PacPrint 2025 will experience is the new sustainable registration kiosks, constructed from lightweight recyclable Re-Board paper board by Next Media.

The doors of the Sydney Showground halls in Sydney Olympic Park open for PacPrint next week (20th-23rd May) and the event offers a programme of keynote presentations, panel discussions and technical demonstrations, against the backdrop of product and technology showcases from a wide range of print, label and packaging exhibitors. Co-located with Visual Impact Sydney and the Label & Packaging Expo, PacPrint 2025 will bring together more than 100 leading suppliers to showcase the latest print, signage, packaging, and wide-format technology, including from:
- Platinum sponsor, Roland DG Australia (Stands A68 and A48) who will showcase their TY-300 Direct-to-Film Production Transfer Printer (with optional Shaker/HeateruUnit), as well as the latest TrueVIS XP-640 64” eco-solvent inkjet printer.
- Epson (Stand C48) featuring the new SureColor S9160 signage printer, coupled with a strong focus on sustainability through advancements in waste reduction, eco-friendly packaging, and energy-efficient print solutions.
- ‘The Spicers Precinct’ (Stands D58/D68): feature a Pop-Up Gallery showcasing Hahnemühle Photo & Fine Art, an Architectural Showcase of 3M's Di-Noc and Glass Finishes, and live demonstrations of cutting-edge technology, including the Mimaki UCJV330-160 and Roland DG TY-300.
- Celmac (Stand G68) shining a spotlight on several Australian firsts, like the HP Latex R530 flatbed printer and the Epson SureColor SC9160 eco-solvent printer. Celmac is also entering the Direct-to-Film (DTF) sector by partnering with UK-based Resolute.
- Mutoh Australia (Stand C58) and the eagerly awaited Australian debut of the Mutoh HydrAton HA-1642 water-based UV printer utilising 'Aquafuze' ink technology (see here HERE for detail previously published in WFOL).
PacPrint visitors can see demos of a live supercar wrapping on the HEXIS stand- HEXIS (Stand B78) and the Australian launch of its new HXONE vehicle wrapping film (super high-gloss, non-orange peel, ultra-smooth finish and advanced adhesive technology) alongside a full breadth of other adhesive film applications, including window, glass tint, etch films and customizable, textured print décor.
- Not to be confused with the HelixONE cylindrical UV inkjet printer and X5-T high-speed flatbed UV printer from Inkcups, offering live demos to show how this technology is ideal for decorating drinkware, cosmetics packaging, glassware, and more.
Near the show entrance, visitors will see 3 models of Rollover Applicator tables prominently displayed – the Flexi 1510, Flexi 336 and the Classic 4000mm x 1700mm – with live demos of mounting and laminating processes.
- GJS will demonstrate a range of personalisation and embellishment technologies, including the Compress iUV-600s and iUV-1200s UV printers, the Roland BY-20 DTF printer, and GJS’ new locally developed DTF powder applicator and curing unit.
- Graphic Art Mart promises a hive of activity at its ‘Signage Playground’ (Stands B18 and B28) with live demos of materials from the likes Avery Dennison, Arlon, Siser, Chemica, and more, alongside HP, Roland, Mimaki, Keencut, and BRM machinery.

Adopting the old adage better late than never, there have been a flurry of additional exhibitors sign up as the anticipation for PacPrint 2025 gains momentum.
Workflowz will demonstrate smart integration platforms designed to streamline operations and boost production efficiency. Whilst Bottcher will highlight its latest eco-friendly consumables and Graffica is set to present high-precision finishing equipment that exemplifies the rise of smart manufacturing in print production.

Ricoh, a global leader in imaging and document solutions, is also set to make an appearance and Prytec will return to the floor with its versatile range of machinery and materials. On the media front, Canon Photo & Fine Art Printers, Canson and Kayell Australia bring significant expertise in photographic and fine art substrates and print methods, supporting the surge in demand for high-quality, personalised printed products, together with a gallery and workshops.
Jetmark has also joined the 'last minute' exhibitors and will be there on stand B96
