The breakthrough technology uses an innovative ink set and a physical and chemical process specifically developed for low temperature curing, which handles polyester applications without compromising on design, run size, substrate or labour. The process prevents dye migration on polyester.  The inks are Oeko-Tex and Eco-Passport certified and do not contain PVCs or other toxic ingredients.

“Kornit is on a mission to reinvent the garment and textile printing industry with game changing technologies for growing market segments,” said Omer Kulka, Kornit’s VP of marketing and product strategy, when the Avalanche was introduced in April 2019. “We continually work to break technology boundaries, so that our customers can innovate and open new markets. The new NeoPoly Technology is further proof of this innovation and reinvention mission.”

Kissel + Wolf is also hosting the Australian debut of the InkCups Helix UV LED Digital Rotary printer, which will be printing cylindrical promotional items every six seconds on the stand at PrintEx.

Other products on stand H37 will include:

- The Handtop HT1600 Hybrid UV printer, with Kyocera print heads and UV ink system from Nutec, capable of printing rigid and flexible substrates.

- The Mutoh VJ628 and VC 600 print & cut package.

- The complete STAHLS heat transfer range of products and presses.

- The Mutoh 1638UR, for signage, POS and interior decoration printing with low odour VOC ink system.
