Kodak Graphic Communications Group announced today that Mr Steve Green is appointed Asia Pacific region as Vice President Marketing and Business Development, Mr Nick Notaras is appointed to the position of Managing Director for the Kodak Graphic Communications Group ANZ.

Mr Green (pictured top) will work closely with Mr Notaras on a controlled hand over of the Australian and New Zealand GCG business in the coming months.

Mr Green relishes the opportunity of this expanded and exciting role across the growing Asia Pacific region, and also praises Kodak’s decision to develop and promote people from within ANZ to these key roles. “This shows its commitment to growing and developing its managerial talent pool”.

Mr Notaras was formerly National Sales Manager for Kodak Polychrome Graphics (KPG). He transferred to Kodak GCG after the acquisition in March 2005 when he became General Manager, Sales. 

Mr Notaras believes it is vital to continue to provide the right solutions for customers and high levels of service. It is imperative to understand customers’ business needs and, through Kodak’s comprehensive range of products & services, develop tailored offerings that increase revenue & reduce costs as well as adding value to the Kodak business. With all the nick notaras 350.gifconsolidation taking place, the key is to adapt to these changes, understand them and the market, and create competencies to work within the new environment.
Streamlining the backend of the Kodak management system and centralising its customer service interface to have one point of contact will be a priority. “We want to unify and streamline services to the market, which will lead to greater flexibility and responsiveness!”
