Although the three companies are individually owned and operated, they share many of the same philosophies on Customer Service.  “We all firmly believe that to run a successful business you must concentrate on looking after your local customers first and foremost” says Sean Strange, of Sign Essentials.

By sharing ideas the three companies are also able to make informed decisions on possible new products.  “Recently we all became distributors of the Agfa :Anapurna range of UV flatbeds” relates Chris Lewis-Williams of iMedia.  “We were able to share information, samples and knowledge to ensure the product met our expectations.  It has worked out well!”
