Stephen De Lorenzo has been appointed Managing Director of STI Lilyfield and will take over all responsibilities from Graham Trickey, who has decided to leave the company at the end of June 2013.

The STI Group acquired STI Lilyfield in 2009, as a result of its growth strategy in the Australian market. In 2010 the company moved into new premises to allow expansion of its POS solutions and digital print services for retailers and brand owners. Trickey has spent the last 18 months with the company, setting up display production successfully, and is now looking for new challenges.

De Lorenzo has held various management positions within the printing and POP industry and possesses broad marketing and retail understanding from senior roles at Panasonic, Coca-Cola and Nestlé. He has been the Chairman of POPAI Australia & New Zealand for several years and has fulfilled a wide range of responsibilities within the global POPAI organization.

‘My background in production, sales and marketing will help to make STI Lilyfield the Australian market leader in POP; that’s what we want to concentrate on,’ stated the newly-appointed Managing Director. ‘Having worked in the POP industry for over 25 years, I know the STI Group pretty well; they are globally respected for their creativity and market insight in driving sales and consumer activation. My reason for joining the company is to become part of the global STI Group network, partnering with customers and brands all over the world, while also delivering tailor-made solutions for Australia. Our goal is to remain at the forefront of the industry and give our clients a competitive edge by continually investing in innovation, people, processes and equipment.’
