Roland DG has announced the appointment of a new National Service Manager, Solomon Ferreira.   Roland DG welcomes Solomon back to the Roland DG family, having worked previously at Roland DG New Zealand as Business Development Manager for 3D and Education. Staying close to the Roland brand since then, Solomon has most recently worked at Roland DG's New Zealand partner, Aarque Soloman FerreiraGraphics in the role of National Service Delivery Manager, overseeing Aarque's extensive national service network. Solomon brings to this new role over 20 years of experience in technical services, training, education and development with various companies around the world.
 
"Solomon is a welcome and valuable addition to the Roland team," says Roland DG Sales Director, John Wall. "Solomon brings a wealth of experience and technical knowledge to the Service Manager position that will be invaluable to develop and extend the Roland DG Care program into the future."
Having now moved to Sydney, Solomon will be working with the team to improve operational efficiencies in order to take the Roland DG Care program to the next level and deliver superior customer service and technical support to the market.
