Kornit has announced the opening of their Asia Pacific office in Hong Kong.
With thirteen highly skilled, professional distributors promoting the Kornit machines in the Asia Pacific territory, and providing technical services to Kornit customers in more than 20 different regions, KDAP’s immediate goal is to strengthen Kornit’s presence in the Asia Pacific territory and to provide our customers and distributors another channel of communication to convey their varied support needs.
KDAP Front Service and Support Operation has already begun supporting Kornit’s distributors with their customer-service efforts in the Asia Pacific territory.
In the near future, the office will provide full direct logistical services to the Asia Pacific distributors, including handling all deliveries of consumables and spare parts, and managing a local inventory for increased availability and short lead times. The office will also offer a variety of professional training sessions, including technical operation and maintenance training, and comprehensive applications training of art & pre-press sessions.
Kornit have extended an invitation to all their customers and partners to attend the official opening ceremony that will take place from August 31st to September 1st, 2010, at the new KDAP office building: Unit 31, 12/F., HITEC 1 Trademart Drive, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong.
