Giclee Media Supplies has announced the Eterna Sirius Canvas the brightest canvas in the range after the star Sirius in the constallation Canis Major - the brightest star in the heavens.
Designed for photography, where maximum white point and dynamic range is required, this canvas compliments the GMS Premium cotton blend range by featuring a thinner base thus avoiding headstrike and a higher ink loading for printers with limited adjustments.
Announced with Eterna Sirius is Folex Canvas Satin sheet from Switzerland, a special highly textured sheet product with a stiffener to allow the canvas to be printed on smaller desktops machines.
Unlike the fake canvas paper now seen in Australian camera shops, this product is a traditional heavily textured 100% cotton woven linen that allows even small A4 printers to make authentic looking images.
The Folex Canvas Satin sheet is available immediately in A4 while Eterna Sirius will be available in roll form in May.
