As part of a restructure of Orafol’s sales and marketing team, Daniela Mastroieni has been appointed to the role of General Manager, Graphics, Architectural Design and Brand: a new role aimed at bringing greater cohesion to Orafol’s nationwide sales and marketing team, with a particular focus on bringing products to market and strengthening brand pathways.

Promoted from the role GM of Architectural Design and Brand Solutions, Daniela has extensive sales experience across a number of categories. As a certified practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Integral Semantic Facilitation, she has honed the ability to integrate multiple perspectives based on body language, emotion, mindset, and physicality - to facilitate successful outcomes. This unique skill set will be invaluable, both in leading and enhancing transparency and communication within the 20+ team of sales and marketing professionals and in aligning product strategies across all categories.

News of this promotion comes at a time when Orafol is further expanding its team, with Brad Sitlington bringing extensive exprience to the role of Regional Manager VIC, SA, TAS and Victoria also onboarding three new BDMs: Nicole Brunsma, promoted after 5 years successful management of internal sales, Allen Couty, and Eric Thai who worked for Kwik Kopy for over 10 years.
