FESPA has unveiled a new global brand strategy, adopting the tagline ‘Connect, Inspire, Support’ in line with the organisation’s over-arching purpose ‘to serve its community, promote creativity and connect print professionals with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive’.

“Our new brand look is fresh, futuristic and brings a new level of clarity to how we present ourselves to our global community,” says Duncan MacOwan, Head of Marketing and Events at FESPA.

The new branding, which features a sleek, modern font and focuses on greater consistency across FESPA’s various branded assets. is being rolled out across all FESPA platforms, including its website, social media channels, member communications and flagship exhibitions.New brand allows for more structure across FESPA's brand assets
The refreshed look also provides a re-invigorated brand platform for a newly released FESPA Future manifesto, which details how FESPA intends to inspire, connect and support its 37 global member associations and their respective communities beyond its global exhibitions.
Key highlights of the manifesto include:
- Collaboration with new Thought Leadership Partner, Keypoint Intelligence
- Commitment to Sustainability (including ISO 20121:2012 certification for Sustainable Event Management)
- Launch of The FESPA Foundation and grassroots initiatives to give back to the community
- Education and engagement for the next generation of print professionals
- Exclusive content for Club FESPA members
- Regional Association-led programmes across 37 countries

FESPA Global success
The new brand and manifesto come on the back of strong FESPA Global success in Berlin, with visitor numbers up by >10% and the reach broadened to representation from 126 different countries.
FESPA noted that the exhibition – which featured over 100 product and technology launches - continues to be a pivotal platform for senior decision-makers, with 87% of visitors claiming to hold ‘decision-making positions’ and 71% registering as ‘directors, CEOs, or owner/manager of their own business’.
The city of Barcelona will host both the upcoming Labelexpo in September and FESPA Global 2026 in May next year.
