FESPA releases "content-rich" Madrid 2020 program

Visitors to FESPA Global Print Expo 2020 (IFEMA – Feria de Madrid, 24 – 27 March, 2020), Europe’s largest exhibition for screen and digital wide format print, textile printing and signage, will discover “a content-rich event including a program of features designed to inform and inspire in equal measure,” say the organisers. ‘Wrapping’ and ‘Printeriors’ are two new categories added to the FESPA awards.

LIA award winners make travel plans for drupa 2020

“We received a proposal”: HP addresses speculation over Xerox mega deal

HP has released a statement from its headquarters in California over increasing speculation that Xerox is considering a cash-and-stock bid for HP, and that the Xerox board discussed the idea on Tuesday. HP said: “We’ve had conversations with Xerox from time to time… most recently, we received a proposal transmitted yesterday.”

Xerox exits Fuji Xerox in $2.3 billion deal with Fujifilm

US-based Xerox will sell its 25% stake in Fuji Xerox - its joint venture with Japan’s Fujifilm Holdings - for $2.3 billion, after billionaire Xerox investors Carl Icahn and Darwin Deason last year blocked a proposed $6 billion merger deal between the two companies. As part of the new agreement, Fujifilm has agreed to drop its $1 billion lawsuit against Xerox over the failed merger.
