‘Unprecedented instability’: Agfa posts loss of €223m

“2022 has been a year of unprecedented economic and geopolitical instability,” said Agfa-Gevaert Group, posting a net loss of €223 million (Euros)in full year 2022. The top line of the company’s sign & display business grew strongly, it said, but “inflation, supply chain disruptions and COVID lockdowns in China impacted our activities.”

HP revenue down 19% to $13.8bn in Q1

HP Inc. and subsidiaries reported fiscal 2023 first quarter revenue of $13.8 billion, down 18.8% from the prior-year period. Printing revenue was down 4.5% to $4.6 billion but Commercial Printing revenue was up by 2%. Industrial graphics and 3D were impacted by ‘macro headwinds,’ HP said.
