The self-adhesive film manufacturer says it will be attending Printex Sydney 2019 in August with two main objectives in mind: to showcase its popular Hexis Battle Wrap competition and to demonstrate its ongoing commitment to design and innovation.

On its stand (#F18), Hexis will be presenting a range of solutions, emphasising its product portfolio for markings, signs and vehicle protection (Bodyfence). Hexis will also be showing its printable film THE190EVO. This low tack, high performance film features recently developed Take Heat Easy technology.

The company is once again organising its “The Battle” contest for installers. Each day of the show will see two rounds of competitors fight it out in the Hexis battle ring in a series of 15 minute qualifying rounds. The top two from each round will go through to the day’s final round. The winner from each final round will compete in the Super round held on Friday afternoon for a chance to win the trip to SEMA Las Vegas 2019 for one, including flights and accommodation.

There are 32 spots available open to all visitors attending the show and you must pre-register to participate. Please contact info@hexis.com.au. Participants must be at least 16 years of age to attend the SEMA Show.

“We will also be doing daily demonstrations at Printex where visitors are welcome to participate and get some hands on experience with our friendly team of HEXPERT trainers with more than 50 years combined experience in the industry,” says a company press release.

Innovations include carbon, rainbow and chrome effects within the car wrap range, as well as the introduction of the HEXPERIENCE range. This service gives decoration professionals free access to a huge online library of HD textures, which can be downloaded at https://www.hexis-graphics.com/en/hexperience/ and be adjusted to suit the individual’s taste.

Once printed on any Hexis printable film, realistic textures (wood, wallpaper, concrete, tiles) can be combined with a textured laminate and are ideal for the personalisation of any object, furniture, wall, sign or vehicle; new to the range are Alligator and Brushed Effect laminates.

Hexis was founded more than 30 years ago in the advertising sign industry and has established itself as a global leader in the automotive and public transport sectors. The company is on Booth F18 at PrintEx 2019.
