Orora last year installed Australia’s first Nozomi C18000 single-pass LED printer at its manufacturing site in Oakleigh, Melbourne.

The latest packager to commit to EFI’s Nozomi is Hinojosa of Spain, which this month added two new EFI Nozomi C18000 presses to its production chain. “The presses give Hinojosa the ability to accelerate its commitment to digital printing within the packaging sector. The new presses will also give Hinojosa one of the highest digital print capacities in market,” says a press release.

EFI says: “Visit the Orora booth [C080], put on the EFI VR goggles and test drive the EFI Nozomi C18000, a revolutionary LED technology that will supercharge your printing capabilities for packaging and display.

“The EFI Nozomi C1800 is an innovative digital printer that delivers high quality imagery directly onto corrugated board. Exclusive to Orora Australasia, this state-of-the-art printer is the outcome of Orora’s commitment to bringing market leading technology to their customers, allowing them to brand and customise their packaging.”
