dash users are able to identify jobs suitable for ganging using a comprehensive search facility (right of screenshot 1), input the information required to create the ‘master’ job (see screenshot 2)– this can be elements of a job or all parts. The master job which clearly identifies which customers job has been ganged (see screenshot 3) will then collect all costs including materials, labour and outwork and all costs are automatically sent back, in real time, to the original production jobs (screenshot 4) based on the percentage of costs originally recorded. This ensures that maximum production efficiencies are gained from ganging whilst also ensuring that costs are recorded against the individual job.
