On joining Starleaton, Schilling says: “Many things appeal to me about Starleaton, from its vast stock holdings and product range, to the ‘can do’ attitude from its entire staff. I see that Starleaton is a business that is focused on providing the highest standards of service to its customers, and places the customer as number one. It’s great to be a part of such a dynamic team.”

A family man, in his spare time, Munier Schilling plays Inline Hockey and is a keen photographer.

The other new appointment is Melbourne born-and-bred Alan Bower who joins as Account Manager servicing the city’s inner and outer eastern suburbs. Bower has 25 plus years experience in the information management, storage and IT industries.

His approach is to foster strong business partnerships through exceptional service and develop an acute awareness of his customers needs. Bower worked with 3M’s microfilm division in the 80s, where he enjoyed business development success working with larger corporations, moving on to management roles with Leigh Mardon and Formfile.

Bower then spent 16 years with Brambles subsidiary, Recall, focusing on the secure off-site storage and management of hardcopy information and also vital computer data.

Prior to joining Starleaton, Bower was with IT Services company, Combo, offering  outsourced remote and onsite helpdesk services.

“I am excited by the opportunity to build strong relationships with Starleaton customers and going that extra mile to help them. Starleaton’s business ethos, leadership team, plans for the future and everyone working with the organisation impress me greatly,” he says.

Married with a family, Alan Bower enjoys socializing with his wide circle of friends and keeping in shape at the gym and with jogging.

National Sales Manager Campbell Hughes welcomes the pair to Starleaton: “We have added several new faces to our team this year and all are experienced and customer-focused like Munier and Alan. They share Starleaton’s corporate philosophy of the best service levels, close partnerships with customers and going the extra mile to help our wide format, signage and display clients succeed.”
