Halifax Vogel Group (HVG) will show off its green side at next month’s VIIE Expo on the Gold Coast, displaying its latest eco-friendly graphics products for the digital printing, screen printing, display, signage and exhibition industries.

EVOLVE, ViewVisi and ViewVisi Eco-Sol are just three of the products set to feature in HVG’s green-themed stand at Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, 30 April – 1 May.

Lightweight, strong and fully recyclable, EVOLVE banner film is available in two finishes – Blockout and Frontlit – and is ideal for high turnover graphics and short term applications including billboards and real estate signage.

ViewVisi is a new synthetic ‘paper’ polypropylene film for posters, backlit panels and signage, while ViewVisi Eco-Sol is a photobased synthetic film with an ultra smooth inkjet coating that prevents cockle and yields photo realistic images.

Expo-goers will also get a look at the recently launched Re-board – an eco-friendly, highly-durable engineered flute cardboard for point-of-sale stands, exhibitions, billboards and commercial exposures.

“HVG recognises its responsibility for the environment and the Visual Impact Image Expo is an ideal stage to showcase our ever-growing range of green films, boards and substrates,” said Richard Lucas, Business Manager, Graphics, Halifax Vogel Group.

“Re-board is as recyclable as paper and both the production process and the ready product are completely free from hazardous emissions.”

HVG will also use the Visual Impact Image Expo as a platform to showcase its broad range of display substrates, including Dilite, Forex Classic, Forex Print, Forex Smart, Fome-cor and Gatorfoam, and self-adhesive films and banner media, such as Panorama Maestro, SoFlat and ViewJet.

The company will share its stand with Alucobond Architectural, who will show off the latest colour finishes for DIBOND aluminium composite material.

Striking new colours such as Anthracite Mirror, Gold Mirror, Copper Butlerfinish and the realistic Wedge, Maple, Walnut and Rosewood finishes of DIBOND Décor will feature in an eye-catching display on the back wall of the stand.

“Printed and unprinted panels cut into puzzle shapes will be mounted to the wall to not only attract the attention of visitors, but also demonstrate the unique properties of DIBOND which allow routing, accurate print registration and high resolution printing,” said Bruce Rayment, CEO, Alucobond Architectural.

Expo-goers will have extra incentive to visit the HVG stand this year, with the company set to give away gift cards for Mantra Hotels & Resorts and Harvey World Travel valued at $1500 and $500 respectively.

All visitors to the stand will be invited to enter the competition, with the winners to be drawn on Saturday, 1 May. Visitors will find Halifax Vogel Group and Alucobond Architectural at the Visual Impact Image Expo at stand D5.
