Jenrite NZ has been appointed as a distributor for the Summa range of vinyl-cutters in New Zealand.

Designed and manufactured in Belgium, the Summa range is internationally recognised as the premium product in the market.  Drew Groshong, Vice President of Sales at Summa recently flew down to New Zealand to personally conduct sales training with Jenrite staff.  In January Jenrite technical staff went to Summa’s Seattle Head Office for technical training to ensure the products will be properly supported.

Drew, states “Jenrite and Summa, Inc. are an ideal partnership because we both believe in the value of great quality products and support.”

"Summa cutters are the premium product in this market with their entry level version usually exceeding the performance of other top end models” said Jenrite MD Steven Kemp.  “Jenrite is very fortunate to secure access to a quality brand with such a high international standing.”

Summa's rich history began in a factory in Gistel, Belgium in 1973 that evolved to what Summa is today, a recognised global leader in vinyl cutting equipment.

All Summa models achieve unrivalled tracking performance with accurate tracking up to 45M and accurate repeatability up to 12M, several times the performance of their nearest rival.

Summa engineers know that the most important feature on vinyl cutters is the tracking. That’s why every cutter they build starts with their exclusive and patented MicroSprocket grit roller. Milled from the finest materials, in a unique process that assures each roller has an exacting diameter. They then specially coat each roller to eliminate the risk of wear and oxidation that can degrade tracking over time.

Summa offers two versions of cutters with the popular entry level Summacut series and the high performance S Class.

Summa cutters and spare parts are available ex-stock with demonstration units in place at Jenrite’s Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch showrooms.
