The Elements Division of Dewavrin Australia Pty. Ltd., has parted with former parent company Dewavrin France and joined the Australian arm of the “CIL group” France, headquartered in Perth, Western Australia.

As of the 1st of July, The Elements Division of Dewavrin Australia Pty. Ltd., known for its Dickson Coatings range of digital printing fabrics and the Evergreen line of environmental friendly media fabrics, has parted with former parent company Dewavrin France and joined the Australian arm of the “CIL group” France, headquartered in Perth, Western Australia.

CIL has been a family run company since 1880.

Historically, its main activities were trading and processing of wool, using its own on-site trading branches and scouring facilities. However more recently, CIL has expanded and developed its activities in the distribution sector through strategic mergers and acquisitions.

The new entity branded “Elementex” will remain under the same management and staff and will soon be able to offer their clients an in-house cutting service (acrylics) as they will be relocating from their North Sydney office and taking larger premises to include warehousing facilities, administration offices and showroom.

Marusha Joy of Elementex said that, "the company will continue to offer all the great products they made available through Dewavrin Australia and will continue to service not only the awning and blind industry but also the print and media industry.

To make this new and exciting transition quick and easy and with as little disruption to their clients as possible, all existing contact details will remain unchanged until further notice.
