Alucobond Architectural, Halifax Vogel Group (HVG) Building Products, Octanorm Australia and SmartStone will join forces at designEX 2009.
The four sibling companies will exhibit together for the first time at a major industry exhibition.
The four market leading brands, which are each divisions of HVG, will share a combined stand at the interior architecture and design event at Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre, 30 April to 2 May.
Bruce Rayment, CEO, Alucobond Architectural and Octanorm Australia said the stand was designed to showcase the strength, size and scope of the group’s products and services.
“DesignEx is a great platform to both launch new products and demonstrate the breadth of HVG’s established product range, which encompasses everything from high pressure laminates to architectural panels to engineered stone to exhibition and shopfitting display systems,” said Rayment.
Alucobond Architectural will use designEX as a launching ground for its Wood Design finishes, which unify the natural beauty of wood and the outstanding features of Alucobond aluminium composite panels.
HVG Building Products’ section of the stand will launch the Fresco Collection, which incorporates 21 new colours and designs into the popular Creastyle range of high pressure laminates. Designers will also preview the new Seratone decorative panel system prior to its full release in July 2009.
Specialising in quartz, marble and terrazzo in slab and tile form, SmartStone is set to present its new collection of stone surfaces by acclaimed designer Karim Rashid. The collection, produced by Compac, features a host of vibrant boutique colours including Fuscia, Absolut Blanc, Lime, Silver, Flamingo, Passion Red and Musaka.
Octanorm Australia’s exhibit will concentrate on the company’s most recent product developments and exhibition system parts and Rayment said the 6 x 12 metre stand at designEX would also be built using Octanorm components.
“Octanorm Australia takes pride in being at the forefront of the display revolution and our first ever combined stand at designEX will further demonstrate the company’s commitment to quality and innovation,” said Rayment.
