The Konica Minolta showroom in Penrose, Auckland will be filled tomorrow morning (Wednesday 23rd July 7:30am breakfast event) with NZ print, visual media, and marketing professionals keen to hear and digest results of research recently commissioned jointly by the Visual Media Association (VMA) and PrintNZ.

VMA Kellie Northwood Print NZ Ruth Cobb

Against the theme Hot Off the Press: Why Print Still Reigns, VMA CEO Kellie Northwood’s keynote address will offer insights into New Zealand's shifting consumer behaviours and highlight how print businesses might ‘leverage the power of print in a digitally fatigued world’.

“This is more than a research launch – it’s a wake-up call. Our findings clearly show that New Zealanders continue to trust and prefer print when communicating with brands and retailers,” said Northwood.

“From household decision-making, to retail and government communications, consumers are pushing back against digital fatigue and welcoming tangible, credible print media – now is the time to sell print with confidence.”

Northwood’s address is backed by quantitative data and behavioural insights undertaken in collaboration with PrintNZ, who surveyed Kiwis in both regional and metropolitan locations earlier this year.

Ruth Cobb, CEO of PrintNZ, adds: “Having up-to-date data to support what we already know - that print is both effective and sustainable - gives us the perfect platform to promote print from a position of strength, so we’re looking forward to sharing these insights with our members.”

Whilst it is the eleventh hour, tickets to this breakfast event may still be available here via this link - Wednesday 23rd July, 7.30-8.45am NZST, Konica Minolta Showroom, 301 Church Street, Penrose, Auckland.
