Partnering with Jo Wise Leadership, a new skills development program aimed at mid-senior level leadership and/or business owners is now available to members. The first Executive Leadership Program (discounted for paying WIP members) will commence in Melbourne on 11th/12th August.
Stephanie Gaddin, Chair of Women in Print, says “The program speaks to our mission to elevate, connect, and support women in the print industry. Leadership isn’t just about titles or about being ‘the expert’: it’s about impact, clarity, and courage.”
“This is definitely a program that I wish I’d had access to earlier in my career, so I’m thrilled we can now offer it through Women in Print.”
The two-day, in-person program has been designed exclusively for team leaders, middle managers and small business owners. It includes a focus on self-awareness, values-based leadership and communications strategies for handling tough conversations. These learnings then provide context to Day Two’s focus, which is all about team empowerment, driving change and building resilience through practical, actionable leadership strategies.
The course is capped at 20 delegates, with those interested invited to attend an online information session – 1-1.30pm, Wednesday 25th June - to virtually meet the course presenter, Jo Wise (who is Executive Coach & Director of Jo Wise Leadership) and to discuss training options and go through the program in more detail.
There is also a value-add opportunity for course delegates, with an invitation on the first evening of the course (Monday 11th August) - for each delegate and their ‘plus 1’ - to a dinner with Women In Print Board members and Sponsors.
