SCREEN 300ppi Pantone293CThe Truepress LABEL 350UV SAI S is the industry’s first UV inkjet label technology to meet the CRPC7 (Characterized Reference Printing Conditions) standard for print production using an extra wide colour gamut, according to colour authority Idealliance.

The certificate, issued in March 2025, states that Screen Graphic Solutions has successfully passed all test criteria and that the Truepress LABEL 350UV SAI S meets or exceeds the established industry tolerances set forth by Idealliances’s Digital Press System Certification for excellence in the areas of colorimetric accuracy, uniformity, repeatability, durability and registration.Screen L350 labelsample OB002The addition of Orange and Blue inks results in powerfully vibrant colours for labels

Screen’s flagship label press has proven highly popular with label producers, setting new standards in roll-fed, digital inkjet technology using a CMYK+W formula with optional Blue and Orange inks. It was developed to offer higher throughput and lot-size flexibility for printers looking to achieve tighter turnaround times and print-on-demand solutions.

Since its full-scale launch in 2014, the Truepress LABEL 350UV Series, which also includes an entry model and low-migration food packaging label model, has seen well over 300 global installations, many of them in ANZ through dealer Jet Technologies. The technology provides a number of advanced features such as high opacity white mode, fade-resistant yellow ink, and a digital primer option. When used with Screen GA’s Truepress ink LV02 series, specially developed to meet increasingly strict international regulations on ink components; the series is able to handle an expanded range of applications. In addition to the wider colour gamut, the series is easy to work with, with high uptime and requires minimal intervention from operators.

This certificate marks the second Screen press to receive such recognition. In 2023, the Truepress JET 520HD+, a high-speed, roll-fed digital inkjet press ideal for direct mail, transactional, commercial and publishing applications, was also certified by Idealliance.
