For over 30 years, Flexi has become an industry standard for sign makers worldwide. It's history is intertwined with the earliest development of inkjet wide format printers, from simple plotters up to the digital print power machines and cutters of today. Now, majority owner Dan Purjes is stepping back as Chairman, but will remain involved. Two execs win promotion.

SAi logo purple smSA International (SAi), a leading provider of software solutions for professional signmaking, wide-format digital printing and CAD/CAM machining industries, has announced two C-level promotions to its senior team. Mikki Webb has been appointed President and Chief Operating Officer, having assumed the role of Senior Vice President for the last two years; while Lloyd Cundiff has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. CEO Don Feagan assumes the Chair as Dan Purjes, majority owner, vacates it.

Mikki Webb has amassed 25 years of experience managing large scale operations focusing on customer experience. She joined SAi in 2018 as Director of Customer Experience, before being promoted to Senior VP of North American Sales and Customer Experience three years later. This saw her assume overall responsibility for customer service, technical support, marketing and North American sales. During her time in this post, Mikki grew the number of users within SAi’s pioneering software subscription program from 10,000 to almost 25,000; reduced customer attrition and improved efficiencies within the company’s payment processing systems. A specialist in managing people, processes and tools, her new role as President and COO will extend her responsibilities to cover all aspects of SAi’s operations, while also seeing her added to the company’s board of directors.

Lloyd Cundiff also brings solid career expertise to his new role, enjoying 25 years of experience within the sign and printing industry, which includes leading development teams across several companies. Joining SAi in 2010, Lloyd’s achievements also include the building out the SAi Cloud platform ten years ago, which today continues to facilitate communication, support, file transfer, updates, storage and innovation for the company’s customers. In addition, Lloyd has developed numerous on-line and desktop applications during his time with SAi and throughout his career. In his new role as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, he will continue to lead an SAi development team comprising 20 staff.

As part of SAi’s organizational changes, Dan Purjes is stepping down as SAi Chairman, but will remain the majority owner and will continue to participate in strategic initiatives concerning the company’s future. At the same time, current SAi CEO, Don Feagan becomes Chairman and CEO. All changes became effective as of May first 2023.
