GJS have announced the exclusive availability of SubliCotton, a solution that enables users to expand their product offering to print onto white or light cotton garments using your existing sublimation printer and standard sublimation inks.

Cotton fabric is highly regarded for its versatility and natural comfort. With a breathable, softer, more supple feel than polyester. Cotton is also less likely to irritate those with sensitive skin, including infants. With only a small variation to your existing production process, you too could be producing a high quality alternative for those who prefer the look and feel of cotton!

The product is supplied in two parts. First the SubliToCotton transfer paper which is used to print the image and secondly, a white SubliToCotton powder which is then floated over the printed image. Even intricate images will reproduce as vibrant, soft hand, contoured transfers. Not having any powder on non-printed parts of the image, as the powder only fixes to the wet inks where printed.
