DISPA is the new paper board from 3A Composites with a structure of embossed formed paper that gives it strength and rigidity. Ideal for short term promotional campaigns.

The internal embossed structure that forms the central layer of DISPA is the result of extensive analysis and testing of different profiles. This patented core and method of manufacture result in a uniquely stable board and ensures flatness even when conditions are challenging.
Three different paper qualities are used to produce DISPA: two thicker outer layers, two embossed layers in between and one thinner paper layer in the middle. All papers originate from sustainably managed forests and are FSC certified. Even the production process in Osnabruck, Germany was audited by FSC to make sure that the final product fulfills all of the FSC criteria.
The FSC label on a wood or paper product is a clear indicator that the product comes from responsible forest management as products with the FSC label assure the use of forests in accordance with the social, economic and ecological needs of present and future generations. Additionally, the label ensures that the product is not mixed with non-controlled/non-certified wood or paper throughout the complete value chain on its way to the consumer. The FSC label builds on a consistently reliable process: 10 principles and 56 indicators were developed as the basis for the globally valid FSC standards on forest management. Forests that are managed according to these standards can acquire the FSC certificate.

Product Applications
Print amazing graphics, create shapes with die and knife cutting, mount onto substrates or laminate onto DISPA using standard adhesives for maximum in-store impact. It is a board that will look as good when it is taken down as it did on the day it was hung. It is the perfect solution for short term promotional campaigns, hanging signs, display and POS/POP applications and photo mounting. DISPA will stay looking good for as long as you need it to with the added reassurance that when you dispose of it, it won’t be hanging around for long.
Processing
Thanks to the ease of processing, working with DISPA is efficient and fast. DISPA delivers high quality results both for digital and screen printing. It is ideal for pre-printed double-sided offset litho sheet lamination. In addition, it can be guillotined and is suitable for die cutting without special tooling or techniques. And of course, at its end of life, DISPA can be fully recycled.
