Australian Visual Solutions Director Cameron Sutherland is over the moon with the new promotion of Andrea Ellison into the role of National Operations Manager.

 

Cameron commented “Andrea started with AVS 3 years ago as Customer Service Manager, since then she has been instrumental in establishing the AVS customer service team as the best in the industry”.

The new role brings a heightened coherence between the customer service team and warehousing team. Having Andrea overseeing the six warehouses nationally, central purchasing and central customer service means customers are the winners and customers are the focus.

AVS has six locations nationally with six warehouse managers that manage 4000 lines. Each location has 8 different courier runs per day that is 48 regular courier runs per day sending our hundreds of parcels a day.
Getting the right product at the right price to the correct customer is a huge task.
Andrea’s promotion turns the role of achieving a high level of customer service in the steady hands of Jessica Ratcliffe. Jess is on the phone constantly and is certainly eager to look after day to day running of our customer support team.
