"Benchmarking is an incredibly valuable business tool". If you are one of the 260 businesses registered for the Future Print Transformation Program – or if you've been thinking of joining but have not yet registered – you only have until Friday 19 June to take advantage of the free ‘Media Super Business Benchmarking’ service.

The benchmarking service is a key component of the project and access registration will close for the current financial year from Friday 19 June.
Available via benchmarking.com, Media Super Business Benchmarking allows business owners to find out how they are performing compared with other ‘like’ organisations, both within the industry and across the general business community, and is provided completely free of charge to Future Print registered businesses thanks to the generous sponsorship of the industry’s super fund, Media Super.
A great many businesses have already completed the easy, on-line questionnaire and uploaded their business data with very interesting and valuable results from the exercise, says specialist Future Print Business Advisor, Richard Rasmussen.
“This is a great service, with those businesses who have participated so far reporting that the results were interesting and, in many cases, surprising, providing valuable data which they could use for future planning,” he said.
“To access the service, simply go to benchmarking.com, select the ‘Projects’ drop down menu from the top navigation bar, select the ‘Future Print Benchmarking’ option and click on ‘Buy Now’ entering the discount code provided to you by Future Print to have the $575 fee waived. Prompts will then take you through the whole process.
“With easy registration and data entry, the whole process shouldn't take more than an hour or so.
"This is a very small investment to highlight areas where you are doing well and outperforming your competitors, and to identify other areas where, perhaps, yours costs are too high, margins too low, or where performance may need attention."
