Distributors to the New Zealand signage and window film industries, Computaleta Group, today announced the launch of a new division – CL Auto – designed to promote their line of automotive products to wholesale and end-users.

The core products include colour-change wrap films, paint protection films and automotive tint.
Arlette Farland, director at Computaleta Group, says they plan to bring these products together in a way that the general public can understand which will have great pull-through benefits for trade customers.
CL Auto logo"Vehicle restyling through self-adhesive films has really come a long way over the last two years, and now is the time to finally group these products together in a way that makes sense for installers and consumers alike,” says Arlette.
As a distributor of auto restyling products, CL Group is well positioned. They cross into both the vehicle wrapping and the tinting market, and hope that by showcasing these films the end-consumer can get an idea of what’s possible.
“We want to ensure we are supporting this market by raising awareness with the general public of the products available from our customer base, to enhance and protect their vehicles.
“It’s all part of a greater automotive strategy which has stemmed from a successful relaunch of 3M window films over the last two years. As a result we are now looking to promote 3M automotive tint in New Zealand as it’s previously not been widely accessible.” Arlette says.
In early 2015 their new CL Auto Division will start building a network of installers throughout New Zealand who are experienced in applying wrap films, paint protection films or window tint, either individually - or they may cater to all three areas. As part of this strategy, CL Auto will back that up by marketing automotive restyling films to the end-user, and through ongoing installer training.
“One of the things we want to do is host more professional and enjoyable training sessions on all three brands and across product lines. And for those who like to burn rubber, we’ve also got some sponsorship lined up which we’ll announce soon. At any rate, 2015 is going to be a fun year!” Arlette says.
