Effective immediately, the Spicers Sign and Display sector will be supplying a selection of 3M’s outstanding materials for the screen, wide and grand format printing needs.
3M roll of film‘Obviously we are thrilled with the new relationship with 3M,’ comments Ken Booth, General Manager Spicers Australia. ‘This will allow Spicers to further expand into our already thriving Sign and Display market and deliver a more varied product offering.’
For those that weren’t aware of the origins of the Post-it brand, 3M are an American multinational who are present in a plethora of segments, from Display and Graphics to Health Care, Safety, Security, Manufacturing and Industry, to name just a few.
Founded in 1902, the fundamentally science-based company is responsible for a number of internationally recognized brands and have operations in more than 70 countries.
‘The notable thing about 3M is that when they see a good idea, they investigate it, they don’t just leave it on the shelf,’ observes Ken. ‘It’s that curious nature that inspires 3M’s creative inventions that make life better, and therefore promises some exciting prospects for Spicers Sign and Display.’
Spicers will be working with 3M’s Australian division, a large company in its own right. The partnership with 3M Australia will see Spicers have access to the company’s digital range, along with reflectives and vinyl.
‘Working with 3M will open up our range enormously and customers will be the major beneficiaries of this agreement, with access to such a renowned range in conjunction with Spicers exemplary service and support,’ adds Ken. ‘And that’s why this is Spicers announcement of the year.’
