Visual Impact will open tomorrow at The Sydney Showgrounds and we understand that Visual Connections have received a record number of registrations already. If you haven't already registered, just click here.

This year the show is colocated with the POPAI, the Marketing and Retailshow which will offer visitors some extra value for the VI visitors as well as bringing an approximately 1000 additional visitors, much to the delight of exhibitors no doubt.

Maybe this will be the last show to be held at the Showgrounds as the new Darling Harbour facilities may be the preferred option for the 2017 show. PacPrint will be at the Melbourne Expo Centre.

VI20SYD1620WEB20BANNER20new201An array of activities are organised to attract visitors to this show, including the seventh annual Sign Awards (the evening of the 16th September) and those who would like to attend the Gala Dinner Award Ceremony should contact Visual Connections on 02 9868 1577. It should be mentioned that a great prize is up for grabs for one lucky delegate to the Awards.

Other attractions at the show will include several workshops and wrapping demos. The Brisbane show was perhaps the first to demonstrate that Visual Connections, the new organisation behind these event, is broadening the show to include the commercial print industry. Hence we have the likes of The Currie Group exhibiting their mobile showroom.

Wide Format Online will be there for the first two days primarily making movies of some of the exhibitor stands. These videos provide the relevant exhibitor with an opportunity to extend the life of their presentation well after the show closes.
