Bordeaux Digital Printink will exhibit its new strategic vision at drupa 2016 and aims to offer expanded printing application possibilities, making digital printing possible on all types of textiles, unique application of ceramics, wood, and metal – all printed with printer specific inks and solution for the specific needs of the customer.

Changing the way digital printing is being done from printing applications based on ink capabilities to developing ink based on the application needs is the new vision Bordeaux is introducing to the digital printing market!
With extensive R&D capabilities and expert chemists, with years of experience in solvent, UV, water based, conductive and textile inks, Bordeaux offers companies, as well as printer manufacturers and integrators, to formulate inks for any needed application under any specification.
Bordeaux picBordeaux’s new tailored made ink solutions include new products for all digital printing segments. For expanded UV capabilities Bordeaux released two new ink solutions. The new PLASMA HF and PLASMA VG offer printer specific solutions for the HP™ 500/700 series and for the Vutek™ GS series. These new printer specific UV inks offer a simple Plug&Print on the fly conversion and the ability to print on the most rigid and flexible substrates.
In addition to the extensive line of Solvent, UV and water based inks, Visitors at Drupa will be able to sniff the new scented coatings for document finishing. This novel Bordeaux concept adds another aspect to visual communication, and arouses smell, rather than just sight. The new scented coatings enhances the visual appeal of prints and adds a unique experience, allowing printed products, like brochures and catalogs communicate in a new way. Bordeaux offers a wide range of scents, as well as custom made ones, for specific customers.
Finally, visitors to the stand would be able to experience the industry’s first textile pigment ink for printing on any type of fabric. The EDEN PG textile ink had just received GOTS as well as Oeko-Tex certification approval, marking another breakthrough for Bordeaux as the EDEN PG is suitability for even the most sensitive applications, such as babies clothing and accessories. The EDEN PG family also supports printing on additional surfaces, such as Décor, wood and non-woven.
“Bordeaux is bringing a new vision and concept to DRUPA. As part of our new vision to offer solutions based on the market needs, we are presenting a full range of possibilities.” Says Guy Evron, Marketing Director at Bordeaux. “Our visitors at DRUPA will be able to enjoy a complete gallery of art work and stand design printed all by Bordeaux. It is the first time at DRUPA that Bordeaux will present a novel new product for each segment of digital printing housing all inkjet solutions under the same brand.”
