All Kinds of Signs at Shailer Park in Queensland have won the massive $20,000 prize on offer from Spandex. They can now spend that $20,000 on anything they wish from Spandex.

All Kinds of Signs has been a Spandex customer for over twenty years, mostly for sign vinyls. Owner-operator Garth Austin sub-contracts his digital printing work out to printers local to his southside of Brisbane shop. “I’m 68 years old

but have no plans to retire,” he says; “This is a fantastic start to the year and the money will sit in my Spandex account to be used for consumable purchases. I’m an old dog so I’ll leave the new tricks involving digital hardware to younger sign industry people!”
On the sign industry in general, Austin says: “All Kinds of Signs is the reason I get out of bed every morning – it’s part of me. Over 60% of my customers are long-standing returning ones. Our ability to recognise the extreme importance of implementing and maintaining a high quality professional image to the market place means that local businesses will benefit accordingly.”

The draw was conducted by Justice of the Peace Cathie Parker and Spandex Managing Director Alex McClelland. From October 15th to December 17th, all Spandex customers ordering over $250 with Spandex have been awarded a free entry into the draw. If ordering from the new range of rigid media, two entries were automatically allocated per order.
Spandex Managing Director Alex McClelland says; “This is the largest prize ever awarded in the Spandex competition draws. We regularly hold draws with multiple lesser prizes to spread the chances around more evenly but it’s nice to have a major prize that can have a significant impact on one of our customer’s bottom line. I congratulate Garth at All Kinds of Signs and we look forward to helping him spend the $20,000 on Spandex products!”
