Fuji Xerox Australia will shine a spotlight on innovative wide-format technology as a catalyst for business development and growth at Visual Impact Brisbane 2014.

By bringing together, on one stand, best of breed technologies from its range of wide-format products, as well as those from Epson and Fujifilm, Fuji Xerox Australia will demonstrate how its complete range of turnkey solutions makes a compelling business case to print providers wishing to enter or build on their presence in the fast growing wide-format print market.

In centre stage on the Fuji Xerox stand at Visual Impact Brisbane 2014, stand E20, will be the Fuji Xerox DocuWide C842 printer. With unrivalled print speeds — it can print up to seven AO size sheets per hour in full colour at 1,600 x 1,600dpi — the DocuWide C842

produces vivid, eye-catching large-format posters, plans and banners, making it a valuable tool for commercial printers, engineers, architects, sign and display print providers.

Also on show at the stand will be the Epson SureColor SC-S50600 and Fujifilm’s Actuity LED 1600.

The Epson SureColor SC-S50600 uses pigment based UltraChrome Eco-Solvent ink which is nickel free and contains no fluorine compounds for improved user safety. This formulation also provides an extended colour gamut and a dense finish which is resistant to fading and scratching.

The Fujifilm Acuity LED 1600 is an affordable wide-format hybrid printer supporting both roll-fed and rigid media with environmentally friendly LED UV curing able to produce stunning 8-colour prints including white and clear.

A single front-end solution using Caldera workflow will drive the Fuji Xerox range of wide-format solutions on the stand. Caldera allows users to profile print jobs for both indoor and outdoor applications.

“Fuji Xerox Australia will be working with our partners Epson and Fujifilm to demonstrate a range of our complete turnkey, or working solutions – customised to meet your requirements. Those solutions make it easy for print providers to capitalise on the growing wide-format market segment. We’re looking forward to discussing the advantages of the latest print technology and how they can add real value for their customers, on our stand at Visual Impact Brisbane 2014,” said Peter Collings, National Manger, Wide Format Solutions and Products at Fuji Xerox Australia.

Visitors who register at the Fuji Xerox Australia E20 stand will also have the opportunity to win one of three iPad minis, which will be drawn daily.
